You may entrust us for the renewal/payment of one or more patent annuities for National Patents in CH/LI and/or for European Patents validated in CH/LI by filling-in this page only and enclosing our Power of Attorney (PoA) which is downloadable here.
PoA is not compulsory for patent annuities in CH/LI but if you desire us to become the New Representative for the case(s) and you would like to be informed by us in the future if any Official Reminder(s) will be issued by the National Patent Office we suggest you to send it to us signed by the Applicant(s) in pdf format only. Change of Representative is FREE of any charge.
Our Agency Fee for one patent annuity is CHF 50.00 per year.
At the end of this process a Grand Total will appear and you may pay us by credit card and within 30 seconds you will receive an e-invoice marked "PAID" in your e-mail.
